HOTH Mission for the Family of 2Lt Johnnie K Craver
Wednesday June 18th, 2008
This is the final itinerary for a HOTH mission to honor the Family of 2Lt
Johnnie K. Craver. The Texas Fallen Soldiers Foundation will present a portrait
of 2Lt Craver to his widow, Natalie Craver. The Patriot Guard Riders were
requested to ride to the Family cemetery plot, outside of Leonard, then to Mrs.
Craver’s home in Celina. Once at the Family home, we will honor the Family
once again, by Standing Tall and Silent.

Staging: We will stage in the former Target parking lot, EAST side of I-75,
just North of US-380. Staging time is 10:30 AM.
Mission Plan: After a short mission briefing, we will be joined by the
Texas Fallen Soldiers Foundation. We will depart the staging location at 11:30
AM and proceed to the Family cemetery. The PGR will lead the procession. After
a short graveside visit, we will then proceed to the Craver Family residence
in Celina, for the portrait presentation. Mrs. Craver is very pleased that
we are part of this very special event.
Weather: Mostly sunny, highs in the low 90s with a 40% chance of
thundershowers. Winds forecast out of the East at 10-11 mph. Please begin hydrating
the night before and bring some water with you for the ride. Summer has
arrived in Texas so be prepared for anything, and don't forget your sunscreen.
Iron horses if you can, big flags if you have them, and as always, cages are
welcome!
Respectfully submitted,
John “Top” Kammerer
