PGR_NTX Patriot Guard Abilene KIA Mission

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Posted below is information from our PGR brothers and sisters in Abilene
regarding a KIA mission for Corporal Rueben M. Fernandez, who was killed in
Iraq.  This is also being placed on our calendar site at www.txpgr.org.  I
know as many of you will support it as can do so.

Another hero has made the ultimate Sacrifice. He was protecting a convoy of
Christian missionaries when his Humvee was hit. He was on top and the only
one killed. May our prayers and support go with the family who had also lost
a loving father just a year ago. Cpl Fernandez is the Nephew of Rudy
"Fearless" Fernandez on KEAN 105.1 radio here in Abilene.

Max participation requested from family, though I know some of us have to
work. I will be taking off Wednesday from work.

Cpl Fernandez will arrive at Abilene Regional Airport (Abilene Aero). We
will stage for accompaniment back to Elmwood Funeral Home with police
escorting. Expecting to take Loop 322 to S. 14th off ramp.

Staging for Motorcycle accompaniment will be at Abilene Regional Airport
