the U.S. Army in World War II and was stationed in Europe and the Philippine
Islands. He received many medals while serving with Company D 311 Medical

He was preceded in death by wife, Francisca Quiroz Rios; sons, Stanley Rios and
Rodolfo Rios Sr. and brothers, Hilario and Jeronimo Rios.<span
